Out of the "why didn't I think of this" archives comes a clever way to portion and freeze food. We always buy in bulk since it is more economical. We tend to use too many zip-lock bags. This is a clever way to almost create a type of ice cube tray for your meat... now there's an idea... hamburger Popsicles... YUMMY!
